Managed Services Clients

If you are an active AITS Managed IT Services (MSP) client, your support coverage is outlined in your service agreement. MSP clients receive priority response and may have access to after-hours support depending on their service tier. Please reference your agreement or contact us to confirm your coverage level.

What to Include When Contacting Support

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • Your business name and primary contact name
  • A description of the issue or error message you’re seeing
  • The device(s), system(s), or location(s) affected
  • When the issue started and whether anything changed recently
  • Any steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot

Remote & On-Site Support

AITS provides both remote support and on-site service for businesses throughout the Dayton and Miami Valley area. Remote sessions allow us to diagnose and resolve many issues quickly without requiring a site visit. When on-site service is needed, we’ll coordinate scheduling with you directly.
