Services
What brand of equipment do you use?
AITS works exclusively with Ubiquiti UniFi equipment for networking, surveillance, and access control. UniFi provides enterprise-grade performance and reliability at a cost-effective price point, with a unified management platform that makes monitoring and administration straightforward.
Do you handle the full installation, or just the equipment?
We handle everything — design, procurement, installation, configuration, and testing. We also provide documentation and training so your team knows how to use and manage the systems we deploy.
Can you work with equipment already installed at my business?
It depends on the equipment. If you have existing UniFi infrastructure, we can typically integrate with or expand it. For non-UniFi equipment, we’ll assess compatibility and discuss options with you. In some cases, a migration or upgrade may be recommended.
What is a Managed IT Services (MSP) agreement?
A Managed IT Services agreement is an ongoing support contract where AITS proactively monitors, maintains, and supports your IT systems for a predictable monthly fee. This gives your business dedicated IT expertise without the cost of in-house staff. Services covered depend on your selected tier.
Do you offer cybersecurity services?
Yes. We provide endpoint detection and response (EDR), next-generation antivirus, email and phishing protection, and security assessments tailored for small and mid-sized businesses. Cybersecurity can be delivered as a standalone service or as part of a managed services agreement.
Projects & Pricing
How are projects priced?
Project pricing is based on scope, equipment, labor, and site conditions. After an initial consultation and site assessment, we provide a detailed written proposal outlining all costs before any work begins. There are no surprise charges — everything is documented upfront.
What does a typical payment structure look like?
For project work, AITS typically structures payments in three phases: a deposit at agreement signing, a progress payment at a defined project milestone, and a final payment upon project completion. Exact terms are specified in each proposal.
How long does a typical installation take?
Project timelines vary by scope and complexity. A standard network or Wi-Fi deployment for a small business typically takes one to three days. Larger or more complex projects — such as multi-building deployments or combined network, surveillance, and access control installations — may take longer. We provide a project schedule with every proposal.

What happens after my project is complete?
We don’t disappear after installation. All clients receive documentation, a walkthrough of their new system, and access to our support team. We also offer ongoing managed services and maintenance agreements to keep your systems operating at peak performance.

Do you offer after-hours support?
After-hours support availability depends on your service agreement. Managed IT Services clients with premium coverage have access to after-hours assistance for critical issues. Contact us to discuss your coverage needs.
